evDirect and AGT install a lightning charger in Mosonmagyaróvár
MOSONMAGYARÓVÁR - Another 75 kW DC charger has been added to the evDirect network. The device was installed and commissioned on Thursday, this time in the public parking lot of MotelNett Pension and Kisdeszka Restaurant at 4 Kölcsey Ferenc Street in Mosonmagyaróvár.
Located 1.5 km (2 minutes) from the M1 motorway, the site is easily accessible from the city's first traffic light intersection on the main road 86, offering a 24-hour electric car charging service for anyone, equipped with CCS (75 kW), CHAdeMO (50 kW) and Type2 AC (22 kW) outlets.
The introductory charging price will be 60 HUF/kWh, valid for 3 days (until Monday morning), after which you will be able to charge at the usual evDirect network price of 109 HUF/kWh on DC and 99 HUF/kWh on AC.
On the AGT DC753M charging pole, one DC and one AC connector can be used in parallel, due to the freshly built electrical capacity at this location, allowing maximum power availability. In the future, a software upgrade will allow parallel charging on the two DC connectors.
The new site offers unlimited broadband internet (WiFi), 24-hour toilets and a motel, as well as the very affordable (daily menu: HUF 1 450) Kisdeszka Restaurant, which serves excellent food and provides a useful and pleasant way for drivers to spend their time while charging. The cars are also guarded by a CCTV system.
In addition to Mosonmagyaróvár, evDirect has 75+ kW charging stations in Venice and Szekszárd, and will soon be installing another unit in Siófok. Charging can be started without an app by scanning the QR code on the charging station or directly from evDirect's tomorrow. No credit card details are required for charging, just a short one-off registration with a few basic details, and the bill will be sent afterwards and can be paid by bank transfer or online credit card payment.
