We are pleased to announce that the electric car charging company evDirect is now called 101 Grid-after 101 EV Park, one of Hungary's largest electric car fleet managers, acquired a majority stake in our company.
This investment will create new opportunities for us, enabling us to install high-power 120-180 kW chargers in at least 20 locations by 2023.
The first 120 kW charger has been installed in Nagyatád, and we will soon start work in Kecskemét, Dabas, along the M3 and M6 motorways, and in several locations in Budapest.
All chargers are equipped with a built-in credit card terminal, offering users a unique convenience in Hungary. With the charging facilities offered by the 101 Grid, we will bring even more convenience to electric car users and contribute to the development of electric car use.
Since our foundation in 2020, we have been committed to electromobility and the environment, and our goal is to make 101 Grid the most advanced charging network in the domestic market. Since our launch, we have operated more than 60 electric car chargers in 24 locations, making us one of the largest independent charging operators in Hungary.
